Buttons and Shortcuts – On the homepage of Webmail you will get Mail, Contacts, calendar, and settings. You can perform any task which you want to perform.
Sending an Email – On the Homepage of Karoo email, you will get Compose button. This button is available at the top left corner of the homepage. Click on compose to send an email.
Adding an Attachment – If you want to send an attachment file like Images, Gifs or PDF then you can use the attachment option to send the file via Karoo mail. A maximum 16MB file size is allowed.
Sending In Plain Text Or HTML – You have two options to send an email. You can send plain text or HTML (Allow you to change font style, color, and text alignment). To switch from plain text to HTML click on Editor Type to HTML.
Keeping an Eye On Your Mailbox Capacity – On the bottom left-hand side, you will get the Mailbox indicator. This mailbox indicator tells you about your mailbox capacity. Click on the Pie chart to know how many messages you have and you much space they are using and how much space you have left.
Refreshing Your MailBox – This option will help you to get new mail. Once you click on the refresh button you will get the latest mail list on the top.
