How to Login on Next Employee Portal (NEP)?
Next Employees who are registered on the NET portal are free to view and print their documents anytime and anywhere. But those, those who are not registered do not able to access their details from here.
Step 1. Initially connect your system with the internet and search https://employee.next.co.uk/ on your system browser.
Step 2. At the Next employee portal, you will see a Login page on your left-hand side. Enter your registered email address/username and password.
Step 3. After entering the login credentials hit on the Login button.

How to Reset the NEP Forgotten Password?
To reset the password of NEP, you need to follow the how-to reset the forgotten password method. Next employees follow the given below process to recover their forgotten login details easily.
- Go to https://employee.next.co.uk/.
- Click on Forgotten your Password? clickable text.
- Enter the Employee Payroll Number and Registered Emails Address.
- Click on the Reset Password button.
- Now you will receive a reset link, just open the registered mail address and click on this reset link to set up the new password.
How to Register with Next NEP Portal?
All the next employee who is new at the Next and wants to register then to register you will require your payroll number and a unique registration code. Also, you need a valid email address to get the notifications from the NEP.
After completing your registration you will get a confirmation link on your email address. Click on that link and verify your ownership of the email address.
If you do not have a registration code then contact the helpdesk team. The helpdesk number is given below. Here are the steps to complete your registration.
- To register on NEP go to www.employee.next.co.uk.
- Now the Next Employee Portal will appear on your system screen.
- Click on the Registration button under the New to NEP?.
- Now enter your payroll number and unique NEP registration password and click on the Register button.
- Hereafter you will see a new form to complete the registration process. Fill this form by entering & confirming the email address, password, security questions, and answers.
- At last click on the Complete Registration button.
- After the completion of registration, you will receive a confirmation link on the registered email address. Verify your mail to complete the registration. After the successful confirmation, you can log in at NEP anytime.

How to book annual paid leaves online?
Next employees, if you want to book your annual paid leaves online, then it’s possible, you should log in online on the NEPLogin portal, go to My Employment section, select My Paid Leave Planner to book your paid leaves.
I’m registered on the NEP portal, But still, I want to change my registered mail ID with another one how can I do it?
Next Plc employees are authorized to change their registered mail IDs by-self. To change your registered email ID you need to login first to the employee’s next portal with your registered mail ID, After the successful login, go to your profile settings to get this changed.
I have not received the verification code after completing a successful registration, what do I do?
Newly registered employees if you do not receive a registration verification link on your registered mail Id then do not panic! you are able to re-send a new confirmation link on your mail, other than this if you feel that you are entered the wrong email address, then you are also able to register again by your payroll number.
